On Thursday Feb 28, twenty OTOC and community leaders met at Urban Abbey with Duane Hovorka of the Nebraska Wildlife Federation, who led an engaging discussion about the requirements of the EPA Clean Power Plan that Nebraska will have to meet by 2019. The audience had many questions but came away with a good understanding of how important this plan is to the future of the environmental sustainability of our state.
